My 4 year old

My tiny man just turned 4! I can't beleive how the time just flies on by! I just had his pictures done and scrapped them up tonight.
This first LO is done on Fancy Papers "About a Boy" - Rockin'
I love the paper! So much so that I bought the whole line - now I have to figure out what to do with the rest of it. :) One of the things I am trying to work on is using up all my old papers...ones that I've had laying around for eons, like this one. I've been in love with it since the day I bought it, why have I just let it sit in my collection?
Anyway, because I love the paper so much, I didn't feel the need to embellish too much. I used the title pages for the elements you see on the bottom and the two hearts. Then I found in the stash, stars by Me & My Big Ideas. PERFECT fit!! So happy that I am using things up. Gotta get out with the old before we can bring in the new. Must be my nesting!!! LOL!

ANYWAY, sorry so chatty and giving TMI...
This second LO:
imaginisce - A Shore Thing- Sun-Ripe Stripe and penguin paradise
Flowers:Bazzill collection -Petal Pushers
The title was felt letters from Creative Imaginations and the ribbon was from Target's $1.00 section.

love both layouts! I too am a fan of that paper and used in it July on a book I have yet to post. The colors in that paper rock, but the best embelishment on both layouts is C. My god is he handsome. I loved the hula people in the other layout, I too bought that line because I had to have it! Way to go keeping your scrapbooking up while pregnant. So proud of you! XO

Perfect! I love that you only lightly embellished the first page. It's a good lesson for me to follow. I'll buy paper just for the artwork, and then muck it up with unnecessary doo-dads. You let the art already on the page enhance the picture. And what a great picture it was!

I think that you'll look back and be so glad that you completed all this before baby was born!

The question is, can you work the Cricut while breastfeeding?
